Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30a and 41 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Except confession of the co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner.
