2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the Prosecution case, while the informant was returning on his motorcycle bearing Reg. No. JH-03AK9931, in the meantime, two miscreants on a four wheeler vehicle intercepted him and snatched away rs. 1,25,000/-, a tab, mobile phone and a bio-metric machine and the key of the motorcycle from his possession.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62116 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither the petitioner is named in F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I.P. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has been remanded in this case from Kasma P.S Case No. 48 of 2024 on 07.06.2024 and since then he is languishing in judicial custody. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has 4 antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
