JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2016 The order issued under the signature of the Principal Secretary is in very very bad taste. The Principal Secretary is cautioned before issuing this kind of order in future he had no business to record things that transpired orally in a Court and what transpired between his counsel and him. He should be careful in future, otherwise the Court may not be indulgent in this regard. Every officer is supposed to know the basics of courtesy about court proceedings.

However, the Court does not want to waste its judicial time on the dispute since the petitioner has no grievance left in view
