JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Jamui for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner files an appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, the case of the petitioner shall be heard on merits by the Authority without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
