JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 instituted under Sections 417, 420, 465, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR the prosecution case is that the main accusation against the present petitioner is of committing cheating as well as forgery with the informant by opening many bank accounts.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The allegation of fake bank account is said to have been opened on the persuasion of the petitioner and there is no wrongful loss to any one.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
