The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner assaulted the informant with lathi. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of land dispute there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
