Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2013 in connection with session trial no. 202 of 2016 arising out of Kundwachainpur P.S.Case No. 83 of 2012 registered under section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that petitioner was caught in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 348 of 2012 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present and some other cases and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2012.
