He filed this writ petition complaining that certain benefits, such as ACP and part of gratuity were not paid to him. He died during the pendency of the writ petition and his heirs and legal representatives were brought on record.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9976 of 2008 (10) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
It is brought to the notice of the Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the benefit of ACP has been extended to the petitioners and as regards other benefits, sanctioned orders have been issued on 23.02.2015. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the respondents shall implement the sanction order dated 23.02.2015, within two months from today.
