Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that during registration of sale deed of a land, out of six challans one was found not registered, when the petitioner was to deposit Rs. 1,12,600/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner entrusted money to one Prashant Kumar to get the registered challan but he did not deposit the same. But the petitioner filed a Complaint case against the alleged person for non deposit of money. Now the money has already been deposited.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56333 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. With this observation this application is disposed of.
