The petitioner seeks bail in NH Bangra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 54 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a tempo and this petitioner was one of the co-passengers. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
