2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.11.2015 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, District- West Champaran in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015, whereby and whereunder learned court has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 504 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the charges have been framed. The present quashing application against the order taking cognizance held to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12548 of 2016(4) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 be not maintainable, in view of the fact that the charges have already been framed.
