17-12-2015 Heard Sri Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 19-09-2015 in Khajouli P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery of several litres of country-made liquor has been shown and the petitioner is having clean antecedent. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner namely Gopi Sadai be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
