2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to make the payment of entire compensation amount to the petitioner of the land of Khata no. 8, Plot No. 1, Area-6.8 decimals situated in village-Nandlalpur which is acquired for Ganga Rail-cum-approach road Project;

(ii) for issuance of writ of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.24749 of 2018(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 commanding the respondent authorities to make the payment of interest over the dues to till the actual date of payment;

(iii) for issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction for which may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.

3. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
