The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 240 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 332, 333, 307 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant being the Chowkidar was discharging his duty at village Shankar Saraiya then seven persons named in the F.I.R. surrounded the informant and started to abuse saying that this is the fellow, who used to inform the Police about selling of liquor. At that time, Raju Sah and the petitioner tried to push his neck by tighten the neck with the help of Gamcha, but anyhow he succeeded to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R, but no specific overt act has been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
