Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution report, liquor was recovered from a brick field of Ranjeet Singh loaded on a truck. Allegation is that the petitioner was doing business and he had brought the same thereat. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts of this case, if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
