The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 468, 471, 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 55A, 465, 206(7) of Companies Act.

The informant made omnibus and general allegations against 13 named accused persons alleging therein that they all established a non-banking financial company in the name of Vaibhav Pariwar India Project Limited and persuaded the informant to deposit money in the said company but after deposit of some amount, the accused persons closed the company and fled away. It is submitted that the petitioner is not an office-bearer or staff of the company. The petitioner is a lady and practicing advocate of Jharkhand High Court. She has done some legal work of the said company. Similarly situated accused persons, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15007 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 Naveen Kumar Singh @ Navin Kumar and Virendra Prasad Shrivastava and others have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 68/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
