JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender and approach the concerned Court for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and the present petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of six weeks from today and in case the petitioner surrenders within the aforesaid time frame, the concerned Court shall consider and dispose off the case of the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the same day considering the fact that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him. The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
