This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the Devar of the deceased. There is allegation of demand of dowry and subjecting the victim to cruelty is general and omnibus.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.
