This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 17.12.12/24.12.12 passed in Town P.S. Case No. 219/12 (Trial No. 1269 of 2015, G.R. No. 1787 of 2012) by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani for the offences under Sections 323, 341 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued the matter on the basis of the material available on record. But at this stage, this Court is not inclined to exercise the power under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. However,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14234 of 2016 (2) dt.02-08-2016 2/2 liberty is given to the petitioners to raise their grievances at the time of framing of charges.
