2. It has been mentioned by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38197 of 2021 the other coaccused persons were granted bail, however, the petitioner was denied bail and petitioner has renewed his bail application.

3. In the circumstance that the trial is still at its initial stage and charge has not been framed till date. Vide letter no.278 dated 19.10.2023, Succ. Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Civil Courts, Danapur has submitted that the record has been transferred by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Patna with a fixed date for hearing for framing of charge.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, which is serious in nature, it would not be proper to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

5. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously well within the period of one year.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
