====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 402 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2021, she is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Allegation is of recovery of 21.375 litre of liquor from the house of Deepak Singh husband of the petitioner.

No.69320 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the house is the joint family property and the petitioner is a woman, she came to be implicated merely because she is the wife of Deepak Singh.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2021, she is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P. S. Case No. 402 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
