JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be order giver and according to prosecution case, on the order of petitioner and some others, the other F.I.R. named accused rained bullets on the deceased in broad day light at a busy place of town. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about five cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54870 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected.
