2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 17.06.2025, at about 07:30 p.m., all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi, danda, khanti and rod. It is further alleged that petitioner No.1 assaulted Prince Kumar on his hand and also put chilly powder in the eyes of his mother.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute which is pending between the parties vide Title Suit No. 857 of 2022, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
