JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 Though the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that a show-cause has been filed by the University on 31.01.2024, however, the same is not on record, nonetheless the learned counsel for the University has handed over a photostat copy of the said show-cause, which is taken on record. 2.

It is submitted that the Registrar under the orders of the Vice-Chancellor has already passed a reasoned order on 28.01.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court dated 07.12.2017, passed in CWJC No.20418 of 2010 has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and

Patna High Court MJC No.4911 of 2018(3) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 proper to dispose off the present petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 28.01.2024, if so advised.
