The petitioner has a grievance that though she has been duly selected for the post of Anganbari Sevika under Ward No.16 in Gram Panchayat Raj-Jeetpur in the District of East Champaran, she is not being paid her honorarium nor Poshahar is being allotted to her for distribution among the beneficiaries. It transpires that respondent No.7 has filed a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Motihari,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17603 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 questioning selection of the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika. She is said to have approached the District Programme Officer, Motihari by making application for payment of her honorarium.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that let the District Programme Officer, Motihari consider the petitioner's grievance of non-payment of her honorarium, if she has been duly selected and appointed against the post of Anganbari Sevika within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. This application stands disposed of.
