Patna High Court CWJC No.17686 of 2019 dt.21-01-2020 2/3 Ms. Archana Shahi, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would stand satisfied if a direction is issued to the Certificate Officer to dispose off his pending objection petition.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. submits that any objection petition is required to be disposed off and in fact, such objection petition, if filed earlier, ought to have been disposed off by now. In any view of the matter, he submits that otherwise also, the objection petition shall be disposed off by a reasoned order.

3. This Court therefore, under the aforesaid circumstances, directs that in case an application by way of reminder is filed by the petitioner, annexing a copy of this order, before the concerned Certificate Officer, the Certificate Officer shall hear the objection petition and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days of the receipt of such reminder letter.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
