The petitioner has a grievance that he has not been paid his emoluments/legitimate dues for the duties discharged by him as Nyay Mitra in Kachahari Gram Panchayat, Paharpur, in the district of Saharsa. The petitioner has statutory remedy to approach the Public Grievance Redressal under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which the petitioner could have invoked.

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation, that if the petitioner approaches the Public Grievance Redressal, under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, within one month from today, the petitioner's case shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously within the period prescribed for disposal under the Act itself.
