The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner had no knowledge that the TET certificate is forged because appointment of petitioner has been done on the basis of document which is issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna and that document is approved and verified by the District Education Officer, Aurangabad from the C.D. of successful candidates sent by the BSEB, Patna to all the District Education Officer and after that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60819 of 2022(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 the Panchayat Secretary of the Panchayat issued the appointment letter to the petitioner. He also submits that several co-accused persons having similar allegations in different police stations have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 22.05.2019, 02.09.2020, 24.03.2022 and 15.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 33719 of 2019, 85754 of 2019, 31903 of 2021 and 32737 of 2022 respectively, as contained in Annexure nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 to the bail petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
