JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 At the very outset, learned AC to GA-4 produces a Cheque for Rs.1,77,053/- for being handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the claimed amount including interest amount also.
Learned for the petitioner accepts the Cheque No.017966 dated 08.05.2016 of the State Bank of India issued in favour of Bhubneshwar Narayan Dutta for Rs.1,77,053/-(including interest also) and submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
