(i) For direction to the Respondents concerned to initiate encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the respondents no. 9 to 10 for encroaching upon land of Government Middle School, Parbatta situated over Khesra No. 1374, Jamabandi No. 1300, in Village-Muradpur,

(ii) For direction to the Circle Officer, Parbatta, District- Khagaria to initiate Encroachment Case against the private respondents no. 9 & 10 for encroaching upon the land of Government Middle School, Parbatta situated over Khesra No.

1374, Jamabandi No. 1300, in VillageMuradpur, P.S.

Parbatta, DistrictKhagaria.

(iii) For direction to the respondents concerned to consider and dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner dated 29.06.2024 (Annexure-P/1 series)."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Parbatta, District-Khagaria, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
