3. This is an old matter of the year 2016 and still the petitioner is not showing any interest to press the writ application. Even on the previous date i.e. 10.07.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application. It was made clear that if on the next date no one would appear on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application then the Court may consider dismissing it for nonprosecution.
