Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. He further submitted that petitioner will deposit the penalty of theft of electricity imposed by the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited and he may be given liberty to surrender before the learned Court below to avail remedy of regular bail.
