2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the applications filed by the petitioner and her son on 21.10.2013 (Annexure- 4 & 4/1 of the writ petition) before the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, District- Patna (Respondent No. 5).

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, District- Patna (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of aforesaid applications in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months
