2. On perusal of order sheet it appears that vide order dated 21.08.2023 four weeks' time was granted to appellants to remove the defects pointed out by the stamp report dated 02.12.2022. Again vide order dated 28.03.2024, as a last indulgence, the matter was fixed after six weeks' after removal of defect(s) as pointed out by the office but the same has not been removed as yet, hence, it appears that the appellants have got no interest in prosecuting the present appeal, thus, this Court has no option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the present First Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
