This Court, vide order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32975 of 2017, had granted bail to the petitioner but, the petitioner failed to appear within the time provided in the aforesaid order on account of his illness.

In view of the above, the order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32975 of 2017 is modified to the extent that further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below but, it is made clear that no further modification application shall be entertained.
