This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 9.10.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No.56 of 2015/ 07 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 20.7.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in G.R. case No.10 of 2015/ Trial No.835 of 2015 arising out of Mahila P.S. case No.6 of 2015. In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the
