ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 9.10.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No.56 of 2015/ 07 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 20.7.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in G.R. case No.10 of 2015/ Trial No.835 of 2015 arising out of Mahila P.S. case No.6 of 2015. In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.
The application stands rejected.
The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.962 of 2015 dt.24-06-2016 2/2 proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
