JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner as per the 7th Pay Recommendation, in accordance with the Finance Department Circular no. 8145 dated 13.10.2017 and the one bearing no. 755 dated 20.10.2017.

Having regard to the limited grievances of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing an appropriate representation within four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 2 by passing a reasoned order within eight weeks thereafter as also ensuring payment of the revised amount of pension, if admissible.
