The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of stolen inverter, printer and tubular battery etc. from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for the bail is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of framing of charges, the petitioner would
