The fault lies with the petitioner or may be the authorities, who are not willing to issue NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the petitioner. That is the only reason that despite final authorization of pension, the Treasury is not honouring the same. Either the petitioner produces the NOC or takes appropriate steps for NOC, which can be produced before the Treasury Officer for release of his pension.

Writ application stands disposed off.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19490 of 2015 dt.17-09-2016 2/2 Development Officer is directed look into the issue as to why the NOC is not being released, despite submission of document by the petitioner.
