2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banke Bazar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 125(b) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have tried to commit rape with the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused Mukesh Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52571 of 2025.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025.
6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Banke Bazar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025.
