2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87382 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87382 of 2024 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional court concerned, Patna City, Patna in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64066 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87382 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87382 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
