This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and as per the First Information Report a suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that the father of the informant has been done to death under conspiracy. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.
