2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court under order dated 20.04.2023, but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to that of Bipin Kumar, who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. He has fairly admitted that out of seven cases of similar nature, the petitioner is on bail in four cases and in three cases he has not been granted bail, whereas two cases were against co-accused Bipin Kumar, who has been granted bail.

3. The petitioner has strong criminal history of similar cases.

4. I do not find any reason to re-consider the bail application of the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
