JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 379, 120B, 428 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture, driving out the informant from matrimonial house and snatching all her belongings.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55398 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Hathwa P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
