Petitioner, namely, Sujeet Kumar @ Tril Yadav @ Tirel Yadav is in custody in Rampur P.S. Case No.98 of 2015 under section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in absence of the petitioner the house of the petitioner was raided by police and according to the F.I.R. one country made revolver and six cartridges were recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrested in Rampur P.S. Case No.169 of 2015 wherefrom he has been remanded in this case on 30.09.2015 and since then the petitioner is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55790 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that in absence of the petitioner the alleged revolver was recovered with cartridges and that the petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2015, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.98 of 2015, on the condition that one of the bailors should be father of the petitioner and the other should be close relative. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
