2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44634 of 2025.
3. Earlier the order was passed on 16.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.44634 of 2025. However, in the prayer portion of the bail application, it was recorded as learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIII, Muzaffarpur but actually it is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur, as such the same be modified.

4. The submission is that the petitioner shall be paying Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
5. In that background, the order dated 16.07.2025 is modified to the extent that in the prayer portion it may read as follows:
"9. Let the petitioner no. 1, Arbind Kumar Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., as also with the following conditions:- ........."
6. This modification is subject to payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna.
7. The period of surrender is further extended by four

8. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
