2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2017 registered on 05.08.2017 lodged under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is an allegation of killing the informant's daughter who was married to petitioner due to non fulfillment of dowry.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2023 having no criminal case pending against him.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, Petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail nine months after framing of charge.

7. Accordingly, the bail application of petitioner stands rejected.
