JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of deceased had taken place 5-6 years ago and, the relation of deceased with her husband was strained as the husband of the deceased had illicit relation with petitioner No. 3, who happens to be Bhabhi of husband of the deceased. Moreover, investigation against petitioners has already been completed and no specific overt act is said to have been alleged against these petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
