JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that the petitioner has been roped in a false case. There is no independent witness to corroborate the allegation made in the FIR. The seizure list witnesses have not supported the allegation made in the FIR in course of investigation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56088 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the recovery of one countrymade loaded pistol from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
