2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of compensation amount to the petitioners for the their land situated in Mauza-
Patna High Court CWJC No.6635 of 2016(4) dt.11-01-2024 3/3 Ram Nagar, Anchal- Bihta, District- Patna which has been acquired for construction of Mega Industrial Park at the rate of compensation fixed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that eighty percent of the total compensation amount has been paid to the petitioners in the year 2009 but remaining the twenty percent of the compensation has not been paid till date.
4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 7) to pay the remaining 20 percent compensation amount to the petitioners, in accordance with law, if not paid till date.
5. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
